Seeking help in early records

Do the early Catahoula Probate, Marriage, and Bible records still exist? I am trying to find Probate records for Harvey C. Farnham/Farnam/Farnum who died about 1848 or '9. His widow Clarissa S. Mobley Farnham married William B Crawford Oct 31, 1849. She had three sons who served in the Tensas Rifles and Tensas Cavalry. They were James, Volney and David Farnham.
Anyone who could tell me if Probate records still exist for that time or could look them up for me, I'd be most grateful. Also cemetery locations for Harvey, William and Clarissa or others of this group would be a great help.
Thanks Wilson Farnham
