Zelda Peshoff & Sosthan Hebert family

In the Grand Lake cemetery there is a Zelda Peshoff Hebert. Born 14 Feb. 1890 and died 5 Oct. 1984. She is also on the 1920 Grand Lake census with husband Sosthan (Sostan). Can anyone tell me about this family?
