The 1860 census index for Caldwell lists the following:

J. W. Mitchell, Page 278
L. W. Mitchell, Page 274
W. Mitchell, Page 275

James M. Hargrove, Page 272
Jerry W. Hargrove, Page 258
W. P. Hargrove, Page 271

I did not find a listing for Richard Floyd Mitchell, who was listed in Caldwell Parish in 1850 (with J. W. Mitchell) and in 1870. I wonder who the L. W. Mitchell is. I also wonder if R. F. Mitchell was living with his father (the W. Mitchell listed?).

Richard Floyd Mitchell married Sarah Ann Hargrove in Lawrence County, Mississippi. Does anyone know if she was related to the above listed Hargroves? If so, how?

Any help in identifying these entries will be much appreciated.
