I'm sure you may already have this info, but Savan Sonnier and Mary Marguerite Sonnier appear to possibly have been married in Orange County, Texas in 1861. The transcription of the record I saw only said S Sonnier and A Sonnier. Orange County is right on the border with Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. I found this info on some Rootsweb WorldConnect files that cited their source as the Orange County Clerk.

On a side note, I have found in my research that the churches will often look for a record, but they do not always record the full information. For instance, one I received recently for my great-grandparents' marriage in 1929 did not list their parents' names. However, those names were usually recorded in the church records. I think the simple reason may be that the certificate format they have does not include a line for parents. I think next time I will just request that they add the parents' names off to the side.
