Please post any other information from the death certificate such as the name of a funeral home is one is listed (and it probably would not be back in 1918). Does it show the name of the town she was buried in and any other family names given on the death certificate. I must admit "New Fairfield Cemetery" is a new one for me and I live in Bossier Parish which is just next to Caddo Parish Louisiana. I will be glad to check on it for you. Of course, death records back then did not always give a lot of information and and the person was not always buried in the same town as to where they died. Bobbie in Louisiana
