Thanks for response to my message!

I agree with you! I don't believe Benjamin David or David Benjamin MARTIN b. ca. 1853, AL is the same person for whom I seek birth, death and burial information. According to the 1850 and the 1860 censuses, Tuscaloosa Co., AL, the Benjamin R. MARTIN I seek was born ca. 1845 in AL.
