I don't believe this is the same man, but perhaps there is a connection. Benjamin David or David Benjamin Martin b. c 1853 in Alabama m. Margaret Folds and is b. in Caldwell Parrish Columbia La.

Children: Ben b. 1895, Fanny b. 1871, Sally b. 1872, Ida b. c 1874 Estella b. c 1886, Henry b. c 1876, Margaret b 1897, Charlie b. c 1876 and Annie.

Do you think he could be a son of Benjamin R. ?
