Hello Mary: Since my post I located my TBAjr - he never removed to LA, but died in 1855 Claiborne Co MS. His father was originally from Charles County MD. There are "cousins" who removed from MD to VA to Rutherford Co NC. The "B" is for Boswell, the maiden name of TBAsr's mother. beverley
