My e-mail address is MikeJessieCheek@cs.com. I don't mind filling up the screen though as maybe someone else will see this some day and want this information. Correponding via e-mail is probably better though for the future. Your e-mail address didn't show up on this genforum, was listed as hidden, so I could't e-mail you.
Below is the 1880 census information for Elizabeth Allie Keith with her parents in Alabama. Her parents were: William Anderson Keith and Serena C. Phillips. Elizabeth Allie Keith was born in Alabama, was married first to an Unknown Hunicut (this information came from a descendant of her brother Thomas Milton Keith)then she was married to her second husband, Jesse Blanton Kirk, in Haralson Co., Georgia in Dec. 1893. Elizabeth Allie and Jesse Kirk had one son, John William Kirk born in Carroll Co., GA in 1894, and their daughter, Lillian Allen was born in Carroll Co., GA as well in 1899. (They had another Kirk child, Varner Herd Kirk, but this one died young before they left for Texas.) Elizabeth Allie left Jesse B. Kirk, took the 2 children, boarded a train, and moved to Texas abt. 1902?. (per family rememberances, but was probably earlier as Monte Rowell was born 3/1902 in Texas to Elizabeth Allie Keith and Robert Rowell, in Rains Co., TX.) John William Kirk (son of Elizabeth Keith and Jesse Kirk) told his descendants that when his mother and sister and he left Georgia for Texas "they left his Dad at the train station begging them not to leave. He (John William) never heard from his Dad again. His Dad (Jesse Kirk) died soon after with severe diabetes.

At some point Elizabeth Allie married a Robert Rowell and had a daughter, Monte Rowell 3/23/1902. Then she left her third husband, Robert Rowell, and all 3 children to go to Louisiana sometime after March 23, 1902, so where her parents are buried won't help. William A. Keith, her father died in 1914 in Cass Co., TX, so they didn't move to Louisiana. So...there the family story has it that some time after Monte Rowell was born that Elizabeth Allie Keith Hunicut Kirk Rowell left Robert Rowell and the 3 children (2 Kirk Children and Monte Rowell) were given to Elizabeth's half-brother, Phillip Reagan Keith, to raise. You find P.R. Keith and his wife and all 3 of these children on the 1910 census in Hunt Co., TX. Apparently this Robert Rowell was known by Elizabeth Allie Keith in Georgia years before this, (he was born Georgia). He had previously been married to a Myra E. Coon, (married 1893 in Rains Co., TX) but they split up as Myra married a B.P. Mills in 1899. So, this family is quite complicated. The information I had then is that after Monte Rowell was born in 3/1902 that Elizabeth Ann Keith married a Fred Turner, had a son named Raymond Turner and that they left for Louisiana. The son of John William Kirk went to Bossier Parish and told his son that he had found the grave of his grandmother, Elizabeth Allie, but he didn't tell where he had found it. Sonny Peyton (son of Monte Rowell) understood that Elizabeth Allie had moved to Logansport, De Soto Parish, Louisiana. So, perhaps they were first in Logansport and then she was buried in Bossier Parish?? I would guess she was buried near this Fred Turner and maybe the son, Raymond Turner, but with this family history, anything is possible.
On June 14-15 1880 Cleburne Co., AL census (Arbacooche) HH 169

William A. Keith, age 66, 2nd marriage, married 7 years b. AL AL TN
Maudy, wife, age 54, 4th marriage, married 7 years, had 3 children, only 1 now living b. AL AL AL
(Maudy was his 3rd wife, actually her name was Susan Maude Smith, I think?? His first wife was a Jane, and second wife, Serena C. Phillips, was the mother of Elizabeth Allie).

Until further e-mails then.
