Looking for burial site of Col. Almanzon Huston 1799 to 1861

Col. Almanzon Huston was my gr-gr-grandfather. He live in Texas, but at the time of his death he was traveling through La. We now get that he was in BOSSIER PARISH, LA when he died. We have searched all over Texas, coming uo with nothing on his burial site there. If you have ever heard anything about the Col. A Huston, or any of the Huston family (he was visiting a daughter there in Louisiana, the daughter's last name was McShan), please contact Marge at: margeisrael@aol.com
