Pierce B. Perrine/Perrin Bossier Parish in 1880

Seeking information on a Pierce or Pearce B. Perrine who is
on the 1880 census for Bossier Parish, 5th Ward. He is age
27 with a wife and 3 children. The name is actually Perrin
and he was from South Carolina. His father was Brig. Gen.
Abner Monroe Perrin who was killed in 1863 at Spotsylvania.
I can find no further record of him except on a list of
hotel arrivals in the Bossier Banner, dated April 20, 1892.
This was the Union Hotel in Benton, La. Hope someone out
there can help me trace him further. Any help is greatly
appreciated.
