I apologize for not answering sooner. Trying to find information about my aunt birdie and Bienville was a thousand to one long shot. It just seemed weird to me. Some of the names you asked for are: Leonard (my grandfather); William, Arthur, Jessie, Annie and Birdie (all my great uncles and aunts. Maybe one of the names will help you. I think Elaine Hendricks of Lake Martin knows about some other Gays. At this time I have no more information. I met some of my people in Wetumpka in the 1950's but I have lost all contact with them. I would love to travel there to look up people and do research but that is no longer an option. If you have anything to add please let me know. I, in turn, will keep you in mind if I find anything. Take care and good hunting. Phillip.
