I am looking for 2 Scotts bbrothers who we think went to Bienville Parish early 1800s. Think names John Hyde Scott and Tyre Scott. Their brother's (Benjamin Carter Scott)will, Macon Co., Ala., Sept 1844 mentions possibility of assets from his two deceased brothers in Louisiana. Columbia Co., Ga. has a power of atty date 1812, Louisiana Territory, for John Scott & Catherine E. Scott regarding assets Catherine may get from estate of John Cobb. I found land patents for Tyre Glenn Harris Scott of Caddo, La dated in 1843.

I would appreciate any information in locating these Scotts and their descendants.
