Bonnie, I am also a cousin to the late Gov. Sam Jones through my great grandmother, Sarah Jones who was a daughter of William Jones Jr. and Caroline Jelks. I had little information on them and would love to have copies of whatever you have. Will gladly pay copying, postage, etc. My line down from William and Caroline Jelks Jones is: Sarah married Wesley Joseph DeRamus, their son George Andrew DeRamus was my maternal grandfather.
