Ewell, Chamberlain

I am looking for information, of any kind, about my ancestor, Max, or Maxey Chamberlain, and his unlce,John Ewell, who, before and after the Civil War, had a sugar plantation, I believe near a place named Evergreen. Since I have nothing at all about these persons, anything is welcome. Maxey Chamberlain was a son of my 3rd great grandfather, William Pulaski Chamberlain, who was from Tennessee, but lived his last years in Hot Spring County, Arkansas.
