GROS & HEBERT Assumption Parish, LA 1860

I'm looking for any and all info about my great-great grandparents Merile GROS, b. circa 1835 and his wife Pauline HEBERT, b. circa 1842. In 1860 they lived in Bruly, Labadie in Assumption Parish. Their children included Osea Rosema GROS, b. Feb. 22, 1860 and my great grandfather Joseph Cleophas GROS, b. Jan. 3, 1862. After 1860 I can no longer find Merile, Pauline, or Osea. Joseph eventually ended up in Conway County, Arkansas, where his name was spelled GROSS and he worked as a shoemaker until his death in 1917. The only photo of I have of Joseph shows him missing his right leg. Any info about my GROS or HEBERT ancestors is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dave.
