My G-Grandfather was Alfred Joseph Bourgeois, his parents were Mathilde Guidry and Joseph Florian Bourgeios. Mathilde's parents were Jean Baptiste Guidry and M. Josephine Gaudin. That's the farthest back I go on the Guidry's. The Bourgeois line which I have found some info on on the internet goes back to the 1500's. Joseph Florian's parents were Paul Bourgeois and Marie Delphine Melancon, Marie's parents were Etienne-Estavan Melancon and Marie Louise Lanoux. That is the end of that line. I obtained alot of my Bourgeois info from that Morman website, www.familysearch.org
Hopefully some or most of it is accurate. Take care and thanks for answering.
Kathie
