I am a desendent of this Elizabeth. Several things lead me to believe that she is NOT the daughter of Thomas, but rather the daughter of William Tillery and Nancy Lyne.
First is the estate settlement of Thomas in 1839(see Orange Co, IN Genweb page) In the settlement, it lists his children, married or not, and Elizabeth is not among them.
2nd is LDS records. This Elizabeth is mentioned 3 times. the first lists her date and place of birth, and her marriage to David Livengood(1814 in Woodford Co). The 2nd lists her date of bithh, without parentage. But the 3rd lists William Tillery and Nancy Lyne as her parents.
I believe that Thomas is related, but not as parent
