Looking for info on the wife(?) of Jeptha Mullens/Mullins(son of Joseph Mullens (on the 1870 Wolfe Co Census/ Hazel Green).
Jeptha Mullens daughter, Elvira (Ella) Mullens Reffitt, wrote in legal papers that her mother's name was Louisa. On Elvira's death certificate it says he mother's maiden
name was Little. Elvira was born between 1879-1881 in Wolfe Co KY. She also wrote, her mother died before she was three years old. Her father, Jeptha, her brother, Jasper Newton and she moved to Powell Co. when she was 4 years old.
