I have some that I cannot find in the 1930s in Whitley, McCreary and Knox...I think that it is that sometimes they were never filled out...you might also try looking in Campbell Co., TN...also, I have found a few from that time frame that actually died in Lousiville, Lexington, or one even in Rochester, New York, hospital...
