Please help me! I'm looking for my great-grandfather. His name was Jesse Jones. He and his wife Sarah (Jennings) lived in Wayne Co.,KY. They were present for the 1850, and 1860 census there. In 1860 Jesse and Sarah (family # 1407) are listed with their children; Elizabeth 15, Benjamin 13, Nancy M 12, George AC 10, Mary M 9, Joseph D 5, Eliza Ann 3, and Harrison A 3/12. In 1861 Jesse paid taxes in Wayne Co., but are not found again after that. I suspect they moved out of the county. Any help finding Jesse or his descendants would be greatly appreciated!
