Wayne & Monroe County Owens Higginbotham Moss Lewis families

I am trying to confirm whom the parents of Nancy Ann Moss b.1782 Monroe Co. West Va. married Andrew Jackson Higginbotham 05-31-1800 Monroe Co. and died approx. 1815 Wayne Co. Ky. The children that I know of are 1)Susannah Higginbotham b.1802 2)Moses H. Higginbotham b.1803, 3)Samuel H. Hiigginbotham b.1807, 4)Malinda Higginbotham b.1813
I believe that Nancy Ann Moss parents were James Moss & Phoebe Lewis, I am not positive though. I believe this James Moss is the early settler that built a cabin on Sweet Springs in 1760 and later sold to the Lewis family. He then purchased a farm from George Sayers and it became known as the Moss place, this is where his daughter Susannah and her husband Andrew Jackson Higginbotham also settled.
I believe Andrew Jackson Higginbotham b.1780 d.1858 Wayne Co. Ky. parents were Moses Higginbotham and Mary Black. I am not positive if these are his parents either. I have another loose line in regards to whom the parents of Stephen Owens b. 1801 are. I have them down as Enoch Owens and Sarah "Sally" but do not know anymore on whom their parents were either.
Any help with these families would be very appreciated. My father just sent off his DNA sample so I am hoping we can find out more through that.
