Vicki, I could not find William BAUGH in the 1850 Wayne Co., KY Census. I did find him in the 1860 Indiana Census in Clark Co.
I checked at FamilySearch.org and found a record that he died in 1869 in Missouri.
Also, at that site, I found that Socrates Baugh married Harriet E. CONSTANT and lived in Illinois.
I did not find birth records for the three Baugh children that you mentioned in Wayne Co., KY.
There is a Gasper/Casper BAUGH in the 1850 Wayne Co., KY Census. He is 57 and was born in Virginia. His wife is Barbara, age 44, born in Kentucky. There were Baughs in Pulaski Co., KY which is close to Wayne Co.
