I think this may be of help to you, I found this obit for a John Otto Watson in the Wayne Co Outlook newspaper. It lists his parents and siblings.

JOHN OTTO WATSON

Jun. 29, 1911-Feb. 26, 2004

John Otto Watson, age 92, of New Castle, Ind. passed away Thursday, February 26, 2004 at Heritage House in New Castle, Ind.

He was born June 29, 1911 in Slickford, Ky., the son of the late James Watson and Sarah Simpson Watson.

He married Algie Cora Martin on February 15, 1930, who preceded him in death.

He is survived by eight children-Sevella Upchurch of Fortville, Ind., Sylvia McFalls and John D. Watson, both of New Castle, Ind., Rev. Ellis Watson and Galen Reed Watson, both of Somerset, Ky., Bill Watson, Jay Watson and Catha Sutton, all of Monticello, Ky.

He is also survived by one brother-Rev. Naymon E. Watson of Indianapolis, Ind.; one sister-Mallie Criswell of Monticello, Ky.; 24 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and 10 step-great grandchildren.

Preceding him in death was two sons-Ray Ola Watson and Phylip R. Watson; 10 siblings-Isom Watson, Freeman Watson, Charlie Watson, Dorothy Jones, Lottie Ellis, Oma Carrender, Anna Sexton, Bascal Cooper, Vena Slomania and Flonnie Derk.

He was retired from Wilkinson School Corporation.

He was a member of the Nazarene Church.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 1, 2004 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Randy Watson officiating. Burial was in Old Sandusky Cemetery.

Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
