I am looking for info on any of the above spellings, from 1807 on.

Elizabeth "Betsey" FUESTON who settled on Beaver Creek, had at least 3 children - Violet FUESTON, (b. Abt. 1808 VA); Ezekiel French FEWSTON (b. 1 Mar 1814 VA, d. 21 Jan 1906, bur. Bethesda Cem, m. Sarah Malissa (OWENS)9 Mar 1856); and John M. FUESTON, (b. abt. 1819 KY, m. Malinda (CLEMMONS) 29 Dec 1834).

John and Malinda had 6 kids, Ezekiel Clemmons FUESTON, (m. Ursley (SMITH) dau. Robert SMITH, abt. 1856); Mary E. (FUESTON) (m. Samuel HICKS of Otter Creek 28 Feb 1858); Verlinda V. (FUESTON), James Wallace FUESTON, d. 1914 Dakota Co., NE; Henry L. FUESTON, (m. Katherine (PREVITT) 25 Aug 1869 in Wayne Co.), and Isaac F. FUESTON, (b. 9 Apr 1853, del. by Lydia DABNEY, midwife).

MY line descended from Ezekiel C. FUESTON through his firstborn, John William FUESTON. Some will recognize the only girl born out of 10 kids in this family, Sarah Jane (FUESTON) FRANCIS, m. James Marshall FRANCIS.

If anyone has any info, even if it is "legend", I am interested.

The Land Office is supposed to be sending me info on land patents by Elizabeth, John, and Ezekiel F., but I'm still waiting. Ann Garner at the Monticello Library has been VERY helpful, sending what info she could find. I'm sure there's more out there, so if you have any ideas, please give me a holler.

Also, info on Knox Co. FUESTONS, if available.

thanks so much.
Jordan Fueston
