Martins of Wayne CO. formerly Tennessee

Shelby Martin, the son of William Martin born in Tennessee, was born in Ritner, Wayne County, Ky. He was my three greats grandfather. I am trying to find someone who knows these Martins. Shelby's mother was named Mary and was born in KY. One of Shelby's sons William Perry Martin wrote a small book called "A Unique Family" that was given to his siblings. He also was an inventor, he invented the gasket for sealing canning jars patented 4-18-1899, and scholar. His brother, my great-grandfather, was George Washington Martin of Casey County and another brother was Soloman (Dock) Martin of McCreary CO. KY. Dock was well known for he had a General Marchandise Store right next to the railroad which is now the Scenic Railroad that is in the brochures that you can get in any hotel in Kentucky. I have a picture of this store with Dock Martin standing in front of it. This information is all in my possession and more but my main interest is in their ancestor William who was born in Tennessee. If anyone knew the Martins of Wayne County please notify me. HELP!!!
