Wayne County was established in 1800 from Cumberland and Pulaski Counties.
Knowing both Lincoln and Wayne County, I do not believe Paint Lick Creek would cross into Wayne County at any location. The part of Paint Lick Creek that I am familiar with run through Madison and Garrard Counties. It's possible that Paint Lick Creek may flow on into Pulaski Co., but I'm just not sure.
