The following info is from the book 'Cemeteries of Wayne County, Kentucky by Benny and Juanita Coffey 1982 Lakeview Printing Co., Monticello, Ky.

Washington Yount Cemetery
Quadrangle: Sharp Place Tennessee
Location: Mt. Pisgah Rd 167 to l.6 mi SW of Tennessee line then W on gravel road 2 miles to fork in road, then N 2.4 miles to Sharp place on Langham Fork Rd. Cemetery is on E side of road.

Stones read on 19-25-78

Number of identified graves: 2
Number of unidentified graves: 6

The two identified graves were:
Washington Young b 1790 d 1851
Sarah Adkins Young (lst wife of Washington) b ___ d 1822

Elsewhere in this book is one Cecil, he is:
George Granville Cecil, son of R.H.&L.A. He was b 11-17-1850 and d 5-24-1852 Buried in Beech Valley Cemetery, Monticello Quadrangle. If you want specifics about this cemetery, let me know.

There are five Cecil family burials in neighboring Clinton County, bt not the ones you are seeking. If you want this info, let me know.
