A note about this record: Some indexers interpret the census taker's handwriting as "Carridy".
I also found a Kentucky marriage record for Nancy J. from 1910, Knox County, where she states her mother is Sisley Lamdsten. I found nothing under that name in any indexed US census. This also seems to indicate that George and Sisley had divorced before the 1910 census, which I sent you earlier. As of this writing, I have been unable to locate any Scotland-born Crabbs in Missouri in either 1860 or 1870, although Charles' birth in Missouri and the length of the marriage seems to indicate that George married Sisley in Missouri in 1884, and stayed until after Charles was born. I found Samuel listed on the Social Security Death Index with last known address in Harrisonville, Cass County, MO. Did the he move to Missouri on account of his mother?
I trust this helps solve some of the mysteries. Just keep searching, following the clues I have already indicated.
Best of luck,
