Stella Mix and James Henry Morrison

Looking for information on Stella Mix who married James Morrison. Does anyone know who Stella's relatives were?
Stella (Mix) Morrison died 7 Jun 1953, in Carroll County?
Would there be a death certificate at the County Court House?
Would there be a published Obituary?
Any new information would be appreciated.

The 1900 census of Mag. District #3, Palmyra of Trimble County, Kentucky shows the following:
Morrison, James age 21, born Feb. 1878 in Kentucky
Morrison, Stella M. wife,age 18, born Sep. 1881 in Kentucky
They were living in a rented house, and they had been married for 3 years.
Stella was the mother of 1 child which was not living at the time of the census.
Both James and Stella are shown as their parents having been born in Kentucky.
James is shown as not having an occupation.
The 1910 census (soundex79-152-0012) of Trimble County, Kentucky shows the following:
Morrison, James age 34, born Kentucky
Morrison, Stella wife, age 26, born Kentucky
Morrison, Wilber son, age 7, born Kentucky
Morrison, Owen son, age 4, born Kentucky
Morrison, Francis son, age 2, born Kentucky
The 1920 census (soundex 87-160-7-14) of Trimble County, Kentucky shows the following:
Morrison, James age 43, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Morrison, Stella wife, age 39, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Morrison, Wilbur, son, age 16, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Morrison, Owen, son, age 14, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Morrison, Francis, son, age 12, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Morrison, Dan, son, age 9, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Morrison, AnnieBell dau. age 5, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Morrison, Gladys, dau., age 4/12. born Ky/Ky/Ky
They lived in a rented farm. Mother and father can not read or write. Three oldest children attended school within the year.

Morrison, Gertrude wife, age 21, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Morrison, James head, age 54, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Morrison, Stella M., wife, age 48, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Morrison, Daniel F. son, age, 19, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Morrison, Anna B. dau., age, 14, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Morrison, John T.. son, age 6,, born Ky/Ky/Ky
Both households show they lived in a rented farm. None of them can not read or write except Anna..
MORRISON, James Henry, 74, died 5 Oct 1945, buried IOOF Bedford, b. 5 Feb 1871, s/o Mary and Steve Morrison. In 1893, m. STELLA MIX who survives. 11 children, 5 died in infancy, Minnie, Jesse, Mattie, Gladys and Morton, living are, Wilbur, Owen, Frank, Dan and Johnny Morrison, and Mrs. Lawrence Williams
