"Trout House" Near Milton, Trimble, KY

In my TROUT family research, I have found there is a white frame two-story farmhouse on State Highway 625 (Mt. Pleasant Rd) about 4.5 miles southwest of Milton which is registered simply as the "Trout House" on the National Register of Historic Places.

In the history section of the nomination form, it simply states that it is the "Second of Trout houses built by the two brothers..." without going on to identify which TROUT family actually built the house. The only date provided is circa 1859. As of 1982 when the nomination form was completed, the house was owned by Mrs. Jo Ellen Jackson.

Could some kind soul provide additional information on which TROUT family built this house placed on the National Register of Historic Places?

Thank you so much!

Craig H. Trout
