So sorry it took so long for me to reply--computer problems. You asked were I got the Arnold name. I have two sources of information concerning my Wilson line of which I am currently trying to find documentation as I prefer proof rather than simply "plugging in a name". My problem with this information is that it conflicts with information from Source #2, a gentleman by the name of Ron Head who hails from Montgomery Alabama who had "sketchy" information on my line from doing research on other Wilson's of his line in the same area. His reaearch does not go back as far as John Wilson and Sarah Elizabeth Arnold, but begins with Manassah Wilson which is my Wilson line. It conflicts with the above website information in one area, but that would be in my line and not yours, but does make me question which is accurate. As I say, I do not yet have documentable proof of Sarah Arnold as being the wife of John Wilson, however in searching and cross matching some of the other names in my line contained in that information, such as wills, etc. I have found the information listed there to be correct. For now the Arnold name is the one I am looking into as being the wife of John Wilson and if I do find any documentable proof I will certainly post it. I guess this makes us distant cousins!!
