I've been researching the Carneal (Carnall) family for years in Todd Co. I haven't been able to connect Thomas to my line yet but I suspect he is related as it appears my line is from Caroline co. VA. During my last trip, I found a Thomas Carneal married M.F. Carneal 1864, book B page 219; William F. Carneal married S.E. Mccormack 1887, book E page 74 - perhaps these are marriages of Thomas' children. I will look through all the records I copied and see if I can find any reference to Thomas. Cindy
