Thanks very much, That definitely helps, I had seen the 1880 Census material, but I had not connected the Stayton family with the Baldwin's. I had placed Milly Baldwin, because she was listed as Grandmother to Edward Bauldwin in the 1900 Adair Co census. There was also a John F Baldwin who is 20 yrs old in the 1880 Taylor CO Census. He is married to a 15 yr old Sarah.He would correspond with Milly Baldwin's 10 yr old son John F in the 1870 Census you showed me. If this information all connects up, it would have meant that Milley Ann Dabney was 12 yrs old when she married Wm F Baldwin, pretty young, but not unheard of in that time frame.
