Seeking any info regarding construction of new road being built in 1851. Col Edwin Wright MORGAN, former head of Wesern Military Institute was chief engineer and our 18 y/o Thomas BORLAND, s/o U S Sen Solon BORLAND, D-Ark, working under him.
