I am seeking information on Everett ( Doc ) Offutt. He was born July 28 1898 in Kentucky and he died in June of 1980 in Scott County. Everett married Sarah Nevolia Bratton on July 5 1923, she was born in October of 1903 in Scott County and she died October 23 1984 in Fayette County,Kentucky.
