Innis in Scott County, 1792-1848

Nathaniel Innis moved from Juniata Co., PA, to the eastern part of what became Scott Co. about 1790. Besides sons Alexander, who died in 1795, and William, who died in 1848, the census of 1810 indicates a female, born 1800-1810, and a female 45 or older. Nathaniel died 1815, left no will, but both females still live with William in the 1820 census. Scott County Court House records before the 1837 fire are gone forever. Does anyone have any information that would identify Nathaniel's widow who probably died in the 1820's, and the daughter(?) who probably married there in the 1820's?

William, who never married, left his will of 1848, giving money to nieces Elizabeth McHatton and Lucinda Click. Could they be children of his as yet unnamed sister? Their marriages are not in Scott County records.
