Presently, I am collecting material for a research project relating to the Civil War in the counties of Breathitt, Knott, Letcher, Perry, Owsley, Lee and Wolfe.
This icludes, but is not limited to, Civil War related stories handed down in the family, pictures of soldiers, memoirs/diaries and letters, etc.

I am also interested in military and pension records of the Three Forks Battalion as well as the 14th KY Cavalry.
