I am seeking offspring of James Oscar Rankin who was born around 1877 in Owen County, KY. His father was William H Rankin and his mother was Susan F. In the 1900 census in Gratz, Owen, KY they were also living with James Caldwell. HIs relationship was "brother-in-law", so Susan F's maiden name was probably CALDWELL. I would love any information on their children Richard Leonard Rankin and Wylma E Rankin GILES. i believe that both of them lived in Owen County.
