Gone But Not Forgotten (compiled by Shirley Hardin Goodrich)indicates that both Effie and W.L. are buried in the Owenton Cemetery. The lack of legend info would imply that an obituary in the local paper was NOT found by the researchers. -- Georgia Green Stamper
