Isreal lived in Owen County wilh the rest of the Wilhoites. For Obediah Ellis I have Eleaser, Rachel, William, Jacob, Israel, Joseph and my Nancy Margaret Ellis. Nancy was old enough to sign her own marriage certificate in 1801. Know there were several Ellis in the Owenton Area. I do not have a name for Obediah's wife. He may have moved to Woodford County and surroundings with out one.
I just received several more generations on the Samuel Cobb and Judah Peake Family. Now I am trying to check out some of the facts.
In Owen County, I have Cobbs, Lancasters, O'Banion, Willhoites in all sizes and forms. Thanks
