Early Ohio County Marriage bonds/ministers' returns

Are there printed or online early marriage records, either bonds or ministers' returns for Ohio County (ca.1830s)? I am looking for a marriage, probably in the early 1830s between Robert Lightfoot and Barthemia(?) Somebody. They moved in the late 1830s to Coles County, ILL and remained there until their deaths, appearing in every census 1840-1870; the wife's name is spelled differently in each (1850-70)census; I think the same person, but the name is very difficult to read, as if the census-taker found it unfamiliar and just took a wild stab at it! I do know that Robert lived in Ohio County during the 1830s; he was born in Franklin County, KY in 1800, and his family later moved to Nelson County. By 1815 two of his older brothers, Philip and John Goodrich Lightfoot were living in Breckinridge County. Philip Lightfoot was my 3rd-gr-grandfather and I am trying to gather information about his siblings; finally found Robert in Illinois, but need marriage info. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ann Huntsman
