old cemetery Bloomfield

I have recently come across a death certificate that lists the burial place for my relative, Elizabeth Lunsford, as Thomas Cemetery, in Nelson County Kentucky. The burial was in April of 1926. And elderly family member remembers going to this grave site and mowing. She said Elizabeth and John Lunsford were buried with the Dugans or a name like that. She said it was fenced. Much of the graveyard was over grown, there were big ditches ans someone took up many of the headstones and began to farm the land. Does anyone know of this cemetery?
