Poplar Flat Cemetery is located about 5 mi or so East of Bardstown off KY Hwy. 605 at the end of Poplar Flat Cemetery Road. In 1998 the Nelson Co. Genealogical Society compiled a list of all the cemeteries in the county and the names of the people buried in them. Poplar Flat Cemetery is contained in Volume I.
