Hi Peg,
Thank you so much, this has been the hardest family to trace, I never thought to check Franklin Co. I had figured form Allen's 1st marr. that he was born 1845, this date from census, explains why he was still around in the 1930s as my cousin Mildred Lambert Brown had told me.
