Seeking to exchange information on the family of Thomas MAYFIED and spouse, Eleanor COOPER who married Abt. 1789 and had daughter, Elizabeth b. 01 January 1790.
Also interested in information on the second marriage of Eleanor COOPER to Isadore MOORE 22 March 1794 in Nelson Co., KY. They had three sons:
James C. MOORE, b. c 1794/5
John MOORE, b. 17 April 1796
Martin Isaac MOORE, b. 1799.
After 1799 we lose Eleanor. What happened to her?
Why were Isadore's friends & kin so upset that he remarried in 1799? He needed help! He had Eleanor's daughter, Elizabeth MAYFIELD and his three young sons to rear.
