Need Help Locating Court Records

My ancestor, Benjamin Dexter, was indicted in Muhlenberg Co., Ky., circuit court on 12 Nov 1810 for "bastardy." Can anyone tell me if the county still has the original court records. The court order book from which the record was transcribed does not give any details, not even the name of the woman who had the child. Benjamin married my ancestor, Elizabeth Nalley (I think in August 1810). Was she the woman?
