BINGHAM/RHEA-REY-RAY-WRAY

On page 17 in Stephen Bingham's book about the Binghams in KY, in regard to John Henry Bingham(1812-1865).

"IN JANUARY, 1833, John was taken to court in Harlan Co, KY by one
Nancy RHAE on charges of bastardy. When Court day came, Miss RHAE did
not appear. The court ordered in favor of John and ordered that he
should recover any costs incurred by him from the Plaintiff."

The Morgan County, KY marriage transcription records have Elijah RAY married Lucinda GULLETT on July 22, 1852 while the LDS site has Elijah BINGHUM married Lucinda GULLETT on July 22, 1852 in Morgan County, KY.

We have located our Elijah L. Bingham's sister, her name was Martha Jane Bingham(1830-1888) and she married Wesley Harvey in 1842, Breathitt, KY. Martha Jane's youngest daughter, Christine HarveyCouch's, death certificate says mother's name was Martha Jane Bingham.

Most Harvey surname researchers show Wesley Harvey's wife as Martha
Jane RAY.

Does anyone know about either John Henry Bingham or Nancy Rhea (also spelled as Rey, Ray and Wray).
