Hoping someone could find a newspaper article, about 1859, concerning the disappearance of Hugh J. Douglass. According to the family, Hugh got up one morning, ate breakfast, put on his hat to go to work and was never heard of again. Searchers never found a trace of him. Left behind wife, Elizabeth, children James 10, Nancy 8, Sarah 5 and John 10/12. Any help is greatly appreciated.
