TRANSCRIPTION OF THE WILL OF WILLIAM PRICE, DATED 19 DEC. 1841
Be it remembered that I, William Price of the county of Casey and state of Kentucky, being weak of body but of perfect, sound and disposing memory do make, ordain, and confirm this my last will and testament in manner and form as followeth.
First, that my body be buried in a decent Christian (manner) and that my funeral expenses and all my last debts be punctually paid by my Executor.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Francis Price one cow and calf named (Price?) and mare colt named Martha and one featherbed.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Rachel Price one cow and calf also and colt in equal value to the mare colt named Martha bequeathed by me to Francis Price, also one featherbed.
It is my will that my Negro boy, being twelve years old last March be kept as a slave until he arrives to the age of forty years and then to be set free and held no longer a bound slave.
I also give and bequeath to my beloved wife Rachel Price one hundred and fifty acres of land on the open tract or tracts on which I now live to include the dwelling house, all of the buildings attached (____ ____) on down the creek to the _____of a tract of land purchased from (Jms. Todd?) Also one third part of all the balance of my estate except the balance of my lands for and during her natural life.
I also give and bequeath to my son Robert Price one-twelfth part of all the balance of my estate not otherwise disposed.
I also give and bequeath to my daughter Sally Ann one-twelfth part of the balance of my estate.
I also give and bequeath to my daughter Rebecca Highter one-twelfth part of all said balance of my estate.
I also give and bequeath to my daughter Betsy Clifton one-twelfth part of all said balance of my estate.
I also give and bequeath to my son William (H?) Price one-twelfth part of all said balance of my estate.
I also give and bequeath to my son Isaiah Price one-twelfth part of all said balance of my estate.
I also give and bequeath to my son Andrew Price one-twelfth part of all said balance of my estate.
I also give and bequeath to my son John Price one-twelfth part of all said balance of my estate.
I also give and bequeath to my son James H. Price one-twelfth part of all said balance of my estate.
I also give and bequeath to my daughter Francis Price one-twelfth part of all said balance of my estate.
I also give and bequeath to my daughter Rachel Price one-twelfth part of all said balance of my estate.

Since he wanted to set his 12 year old male slave free, most likely that was his son, too.

There is a tree on Ancestry.com that says that William's parents are John Price, 1750 NC - 1840 Casey Cty and Mary Ann (Polly) Moseley 1752 - 1804.

But then there's this-
